actually, im looking for something that can make my skin darker cuz there’s this one part in my arms that is exceptionally white.
im 20 years old, i exersice daily because i love it, i dont smoke, i drink water, take really good care of my skin and almost never tan…
do u think that will pay off in my later years or will this effort be meaningless?
i want to avoid flabby skin and wrinkles everywhere— and of course, cancer and heart diseases
of coursee ill get wrinkles sometime.. i just want to delay them a few years

I want to get information about what different foods do for the skin… like which ones exfoliate, which ones moisturize, which ones cleanse, etc.
I don’t want the recipes, I just want to research which food products do what for the skin. How do I research that?
