I am 22 years old I weigh almost 200 pounds.
I haven’t even had any kids yet . But before I have kids I would like to get my weight under control.
I don’t really like to excercise a whole lot.
I have really BIG problem I EAT WHEN I am bored
What can I do to loose weight and keep it off what kind of food should I eat? and how often do I Eat?
I am going grocery shopping in a few days would like to know what to buy? I am home alone a lot of the time!!
PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN !!!!!
