So is it safe to reduce my diet like this? I usually consume and 2200 calories a day, but I’m trying to slim down and eat healthier. I realized that I feel a lot better when I eat smaller amounts.
Plus, I don’t know what to make for food. And I don’t know how I should track my calories. We have a bunch of boxed, instant meals in my house and frozen pizzas and burritos and stuff like that. I hate that stuff.
How do I make food for myself that is healthy and that I can have supplies for.
PS. My parents won’t buy what I want. If I need something to cook certain meals, chances are they won’t buy it and I can’t get a job right now.
Any help you can offer me right now? Any facts? Any suggestions?

Happy New Year, since the new year has came i been wanting a new and better me. I’m 19yrs old and i weight around 265. At first i been in denial and thought well theres always people bigger than me, but ive been looking in the mirror n i hate what i see. i decided to go on the 17 day diet plan. ive heard gud things about it, but would it be wise if i’m a freshman in college. i mean i stress out bout skool, but since im stress out i want to eat n ive gain the freshman fifteen, but before I went to college i use to work at mcdonalds n i still hve tht weight. i need to advice because everyday im disgusied with myself n im having chest problems, breathing hard, and my feet are starting to look swollen in need of advice….
p.s. i also thought bout the liquid diet and old fashion dieting.

So i was wondering if any body could help me out. I havent worked out (ran) in a couple days and i already feel weak and tired and lazy. i almost feel like somethings wrong with me because i always feel tired and run down and after i get up from sitting down just about everytime i feel dizzy and i actually passed out about a week or two ago. i eat very unhealthily, not like fast food cause i never really eat that but i was wondering if there was anything people can tell me that would help me get my energy up and help me get helthier. thanks everyone
