All I would like to do is just lose everything in the waistline without loseing anything else. I will not lie, I love food and I dont like to excersice, but if the excersice is not TO HARD or I don't have to get rid of all my favorite foods, I will stick to it, if I see somthing going away. (Well, the part that i want to see go away.) I dont mean to sound mean or picky if that is what you are thinking. Thanks for the help.

My boss, who is a real health nut, tells me that if I cut diet soda out of my daily routine, I will lose "water weight," he claims 10 pounds in two weeks. Most people who hear that say that water weight is a myth. I do drink an awful lot (usually a 2-liter a day) because of the caffeine. I work 10 hour days at a desk and it does help keep me awake. Caffeine aside, is there any validity to his statement that cutting it out of my life will lead to noticable weight loss?
